Q: Can you make my own design?
A: Yes, you just need send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank, or Western union.

Q: How could I shipping the goods?
A: We can arrange to delivery by express (DHL, UPS, TNT), air or sea according to your order quantity.

Q: What included in products?
A: It is included inflatable games, blower, repair kits (including the same color material, glue).

Q: Do you have any warranty for your products? How can I do in case it gets damaged?
A: All our products are strictly tested from the material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kit for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.
